1. Violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement Article XII Section 7 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN. NOTB shall enable all employees who are otherwise eligible to participate in the Deferred Compensation Plan for employees of New York State..." The Roth Option has never been offered to employees. 

2. Violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement Article VI Section 13 CASHIER SCHEDULING.
"Once a year approximately in March NOTB will, in each branch, permit cashiers to select shifts for the following year by seniority."
