phone customers.
Verizon cannot offer you a contract including a rental charge of $12/month for a FIOS Gateway Quantum Router that you do not want or possess particularly when you already have a router. Like a cable tv provider who tries to bill you for a remote control that you do not need or possess , Verizon will stop at nothing to trample consumers.
Write Hans Vestberg, 1095 Avenue of the Americas, Verizon Corporate HQ, NY, NY 10013 and explain to him the consequences of such actions.
