perhaps one or more of your members bet at nyc otb and is of the opinion that when tracks are running without the state if new york that otbs must be open to take their bets as advocated by nyc otb in 2003
the bettors of the chinatown branch of nyc otb suggest the credit union act, bettor late thsn never?
ny pml sec 109 does not apply to nassau otn, violates the rights of new york bettors secured by ny const art 1 sec 3.... please help ny bettors bet any day of the year that great racing occurs without the state of new york. ny cannot close nassau otb on one easter sunday over the other.
