Most Rev. John O. Barres, Bishop of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, has published an appeal relating to the recently enacted "Reproductive Health Act" (also known as the "Abortion Expansion Act"). This legislation was signed into law by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo on January 22, 2019, the 46th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on Roe v.
