ITEMS 64, DISBURSEMENTS ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS: THE ITEM REFLECTS ONLY DISBURSEMENTS ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS FOR OTHER THAN NORMAL OPERATING PURPOSES.
