On Sunday Nassau OTB Franklin Square had four daily racing programs available for sale and one daily racing program. More people asked for a publication than there were publications available. If the bettor is entitled to make a reasonable request to purchase what the want at the window and cannot one might infer …or ask ….
Perhaps a person should report to .. on Saturday night how many Sunday books there are and order some more for Sunday? Who would have thought of such a thing?
