Our time for DC 37 to go up to Albany and lobby the politicians will be in the middle of February. Barring any unforeseen setback, Lenny will be up there also.

The court case for the retirement benefits of OTB retirees was asked for a significant delay by the State and City to submit their papers but DC 37 argued that our members are suffering so the courts gave them only 2 weeks till February 15, 2012 when both arguments are submitted. All arguments are to be heard at a later date as the court determine
