their religious preference. Nassau OTB closes only on Roman Catholic Palm Sunday and Roman CAtholic Easter Sunday in preference to Greek Orthodox Easter Sunday and Greek Orthodox Palm Sunday. Is it any wonder OTBs go bankrupt?

Newsday 2013-08-15: A college student from Merrick, disabled as the result of a rare birth defect, and his brother filed a discrimination lawsuit Thursday against the Smithsonian Institution and the operator of a flight simulator in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia claiming they were denied access to the ride last summer during a visit to the National Air and Space Museum.
