Stuart Davis are working hard and the following is incorrect because Stuart Davis and the attorneys who sat at the table with him on Monday May 12, 2014 did produce a STIPULATION  that was signed by Mark Friedlander JSC that said in part "(1) the application by Cecelia [B] Ratner to intervene is granted and the caption is amended to reflect such."
  As you can see below as of Friday May 16, 2014 the CAPTION has NOT been amended nor has the appearance of the attorney for Cecelia B Ratner, Wells Fargo Advisors, or Laurence Abrams been entered and transmitted so that the Office of Court Administration's website accurately reflects what has transpired.

It is also noted that Justice Mark Friedlander does not post the Part 25 Calendar outside of his court room where it is conveniently visible to ALL!!!!

While Court Attorney Stuart Davis is sitting at the table in the public court room with attorneys, people in the court room are speaking at such volume that it is impossible to hear what is being said.   On May 12, 2014 the Court Officer  was asked to ask the spectators to take their conversation outside in the hallway so that people could hear. He declined to do so.
