The town will pay $3,647.63 to New York City-based Reclaim New York Center for Government Reform and Accountability, a nonprofit government watchdog group.
The organization sued the town in June for not responding to a FOIL request within the statutory time. In September, state Judge Robert A. Bruno, in Mineola, ordered the town to pay the legal fees.
