Suffolk OTB, Delaware North settle Jake’s 58 lawsuit
Although details of the settlement agreement weren’t disclosed, the two sides have decided to scrap their court challenges and continue to work together on Jake’s 58, which closed in March because of the state-mandated COVID-19 shutdown and is still closed.
