the mediator is because the lease is up on our Farmingdale location and the company wants to add mileage language in the contract up to 70 miles they can make us travel to relocate without having to offer the severance pay to anyone who cannot make the commute. They want 3 drivers to work out of Parsippany because they want to take the Brooklyn/Queens routes including airport accounts to Parsippany. No one is agreeing to this so it is supposed to be going to arbitration. It will affect all employees.
