Nassau oTB employees voted for a collective bargaining agreement in February 2020 with only two. Dissenting votes and were paid for the teeny raise retroactively. They have not been provided with a copy of the collective bargaining agreement by Nassau it and are unable to obtain same from Perb because Perb does not have it either.
Will administrative law judge Angela Blassman let stand the May 8 2019 writing signed by. Joseph g Cairo and Kevin mccaffrey amending the collective bargaining agreement without a vote by Nassau itb employees?
