Please provide all Nassau OTB employees  with  copy of the contract between Nassau OTB and ADP. 

I have requested the same pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law.

As you may know both union members and or exempt  employees  have been responsible in whole or in part for the defects and deficiencies of the payroll system. 

Said system has been upgraded numerous times at unknown expense and is still incapable of handling employee participation in the New York State Deferred Compensation Plan 457(b) Roth Option!

The BoArd  of Directors of Nassau OTB does not appear to have  discharged its responsibilities with respect to this matter.
