The Inaugural Horse Racing Women's Summit set for September 28th-30th at Santa Anita Park is a multi-day event designed to remove barriers, empower, and build inclusion and leadership. Garnering national attention, this summit is designed for people from all facets of the industry including racing, bloodstock, breeding, ownership, aftercare, marketing, and more.
The Inaugural event features Keynote Speaker, Susan Packard, an accomplished author and speaker who advocates for a revolutionary new perspective for businesswomen called "gamesmanship"- a strategic way of thinking that cultivates creativity, focus, optimism, teamwork, and competitiveness.
A cast of powerhouse speakers is set to lead essential conversations around industry integrity, expansion, and key challenges women face in racing. Speakers include:
