nassau otb, a public benefit corporation, cannot close on roman catholic easter sunday in preference to orthodox easter sunday. see ny const art 1 sec 3.  ny p l sec 109 is unconstutional.  the employees of nassau otb have been screwed by the bad deciions and worse of bith parties dating back many years
