Singh also testified that in '12 or '13 he found out there was an open food services contract at Nassau OTB, so he spoke to @edmangano about it and Ed told him to call Joe Cairo, OTB prez. "Ed had a good relationship with him, so I made a phone call," said Singh.

Singh eventually spoke to Arthur Walsh, the OTB attorney, and "he agreed to give us the lease," said Singh. It was a 5 or 10 yr. contract, Singh said, but he stopped after 3-4 months cuz business was so slow, only making $100-$200 day.
