helping hand appreciatedAKA Pro Bono Opinion

Even a democrat benefitted from the Trump Tax cut

Joseph Cairo has entrusted the execution of Article XXII Section 7 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN of the Collective BargainingAgreement Between the Union and Nassau OTB to his Counsel, Arthur Walsh. The CBA was signed in 2007 and the NY State Deferred Compensation Plan did not offer the Roth option Until  2010.

A pro bono legal opinion is requested from Laura Gillen Esq on the scope of the CBA.

Nassau OTB Employees bet that the tax cut legislation will expire and not be renewed, the federal deficit and federal tax rates will increase together, and that the Roth Option is a good bet and required by the CBA. Any deficiencies in personnel or payroll computers should not be inflicted on ordinary working stiffs.
