Singh eventually spoke to Arthur Walsh, the OTB attorney, and "he agreed to give us the lease," said Singh. It was a 5 or 10 yr. contract, Singh said, but he stopped after 3-4 months cuz business was so slow, only making $100-$200 day.

perhaps you can explicate why piccolos , a good restaurant, the carle place branch of nassau otb and was replaced with a singh restaurant poco locos which was no good and did not last long. also review employee lawsuits by poco locos employees against singh, if any.
