Teamsters Local 707 Executive Board proudly

presents, past practice, and/or why Nassau OTB cashier Jackson Leeds attempt to select as his fourth shift, Wednesday 3:45-8:15, should or should not be allowed as a  pick protected by Article VI Section 13  CASHIER SCHEDULING (c) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement dated January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008 and still in effect.
This second shift was ultimately filled by the "Pool" instead of a Franklin Square Branch cashier who attempted to pick the shift.

All Nassau OTB cashiers interested in the Contract, past practice, and/or their Union, are invited to attend the presentation.  Contact Jackson Leeds and/or the Union for the date and time of the Executive Board Meeting.
