jennifer mcnamara

on the bar examination  did not have to consider an analysis of why suffolk
otb closes on roman catholic easter sunday in preference to orthodox easter sunday. ny const art 1 sec 3 was no where in sight. perhaps she rembers the old days when nyc otb existed. perhaps she is like suffolk cointy legidlstor and teamsters president kevin mccaffrey who told a union member at a general meeting in franklin square that he would do nothing to see that nassau otb opened on his easter Sunday

The latest fill-in: Jennifer McNamara, a $91-000-a-year senior assistant county attorney. Vanessa Baird-Streeter, Bellone's spokeswoman, couldn't say if McNamara may keep the post permanently or if a search is under way.
The post has had stopgap appointments since longtime labor relations director Jeff Tempera departed in June 2011 during the Levy administration. Paul Margiotta, now heading the traffic violations bureau, was acting labor relations director when he was chief deputy county attorney for County Executive Steve Bellone.-- Rick Brand
