SIMULCAST SCHEDULING
notb and the union agree to meet to resolve any scheduling problems caused by simulcasting. such meeting may be on an informal basis; but shall be held upon reasonable notice. the party giving such notice shall endeavor to advise the other party of subject matter it intends to discuss at least one week in sdvance of any scheduled meeting. should the parties be unable to resolve the issues, the matter will be dubject to binding srbitration.
no racing on december 24 therefore......
