Kevin McCaffrey President of Teamsters Local 707 and Joseph G. Cairo President of Nassau OTB signed a document dated May 8, 2019 purporting to amend the Collective  Bargaining Agrrement (CBA) between Nassau OTB and Teamsters Local  707.  The writing violated the constitution of the IBT which requires a vote by Local 707 members on  changes to the CBA.  Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
