carle place branch PERBS rushes in to prevent the public, media, bettors  and Nassau OTB employees whether members of Teamsters Local 707 or not from being present and observing  a PUBLIC CONFERENCE. ALJ Blassman cancelled the last public conference when the public dialed in to observe. The conference was rescheduled for the 13th in Brooklyn before the bbe,ow was sent out on a Friday  holiday, July 3.

A complaint  may be filed shortly with the Director of PERB and its members.
