To the Editor:

The desire to have fun and bet for or against Tiz  the  Law and the Kentucky Derby at Nassau OTB is not a crime.The intentional destruction of good will is not felonious. 

Three Nassau OTB  Branches are open to take bets . See Nassauotb.com. Hardworking employees will continue to work diligently.  Those that did not reopen the Valley Stream, Carle Place and Oceanside Branches of OTB will remain in repose. Perhaps the undercover bettor next to you in line will be Ken Hosey or John Janus speaking to Katuria Smith D'Amato?
