 The PERB database of Colld tube Bargaining Agreements does not contain a copy of the Nassau OTB Collective Bargaining Agreement voted on by employees in 2021. Nassau OTB employees have not received a printed copy of same. Might you be of some assistance? Tom Plummer has been of no assistance. PERB ALJ has one page of what Teamsters Local President Kevin McCaffrey and Nassau OTB President purport to be changed to the Agreement.

PERB Welcomes New Board Member

 

On May 21, 2021, the Governor nominated, and on June 7 the Senate confirmed,  Rosemary A. Townley as a per diem member of the Public Employment Relations Board.  Ms. Townley has been a full-time, independent arbitrator and mediator for over 30 years, and is experienced in both the private and public sectors. She is a member of AAA’s Commercial, Employment, Executive Contracts, Complex Case, and Labor Panels, and handles international cases assigned by ICDR.
