When a Nassau OTB cashier works 4 1/2 hours, it is the cashier’s option to stay longer if asked to do so. Cashiers do not work overtime. They may work extra time. Joseph Cairo and Kevin McCaffrey May be friends and business or political partners. Joseph Cairo has limited understanding of those that work at Nassau OTB because he seldom if ever speaks with any of them. If he is interested he might learn from speaking with people.
