put it in the cba & smoke it Donoghue

consider the following  to test federal brain power

andrew cuomo is the boss
he carries out ny pml sec 109 pursunt to the ny constitution
he  has access for free to an opinion of the ny state attorney general as to ehether ny pml sec 109 is constitutional, hint see ny const art 1 sec 3 or even applies to nassau otb

IS IT NOT TOO MUCH. TO ASK THAT NASSAU OTB EMPLOYEES BE PAID DOUBLE TIME FOR CHRISTMAS AND CHRISTMAS EVE AND ROMAN  CATHOLIC EASTER SUNDAY IS  a Do AS YOU SEE FIT DAY?

As that great black woman from the projects in the Bronx Michelle Roberts Esq will tell you
your shovel may be silver but the pile changes little

what about all the nassau Otb bettors that had a fine italian restaurant in the carle place branch of nassau otb that vanished? it is long past time for the inmates of the nassau otb asylum to have more than a member on the board of directors of the corporation but a say in how it is run. there are many of us that put in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay

do not get a swell head because politics is like a condition of confinement case

the sad song changes little if at all
Eastern District U.S. Attorney Richard Donoghue stepped forward in the courtroom after the jury left to congratulate trial prosecutors Lara Treinis Gatz, Catherine Mirabile and Christopher Caffarone, along with FBI Special Agent Laura Spence.

Stop scratching on holidays

Off Track Betting in New York State has been racing into a crisis called shrinking revenue. Some people have spitballed a solution: Don’t close on holidays.
New York State Racing Law bars racing on Christmas, Easter and Palm Sunday, and the state has ruled OTBs can’t handle action on those days, even though they could easily broadcast races from out of state.
“You should be able to bet whenever you want,” said Jackson Leeds, a Nassau OTB employee who makes an occasional bet. He added some irrefutable logic: “How is the business going to make money if you’re not open to take people’s bets?”
Elias Tsekerides, president of the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York, said OTB is open on Greek Orthodox Easter and Palm Sunday.
“I don’t want discrimination,” Tsekerides said. “They close for the Catholics, but open for the Greek Orthodox? It’s either open for all or not open.”
OTB officials have said they lose millions by closing on Palm Sunday alone, with tracks such as Gulfstream, Santa Anita, Turf Paradise and Hawthorne running.
One option: OTBs could just stay open and face the consequences. New York City OTB did just that back in 2003. The handle was about $1.5 million – and OTB was fined $5,000.
Easy money.

when tracks are running without the state of ny the holy church of nassau otb must be open for the faithful
