Subject: OTB Update

Good Morning All,

Over the weekend the Union was informed the PPP loan applied for by NROTB was funded on Friday. The Amount of the loan is $2,240,364.77. If 60% of the proceeds of the loan are used for payroll purposes over the course of 20 weeks, the loan can be forgiven. NROTB fully expects to meet those guidelines.
As everyone is aware the limited reopening of some branches under the State mandated restrictions has been with limited success.  Without the benefit of this PPP loan the strain on our operations would be even more challenging. The Union will continue to work with NROTB to expand operations keeping the safety of our employees and customers paramount.

This is the only information we have now, we will pass on more information as we get it.

Respectfully,
Laura Campione
