NY PML Sec 105 violates the rights of New York Bettors secured by NY Const Art. 1, Sec. 3.
Andrew Cuomo is a thief of our right that the State of NY not express its religious preference.
NY PML Sec 105 is unconstitutional. Just have Cardinal Andrew Cuomo ask his errand boy, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for an Opinion. The Opinion is free to Cardinal Cuomo.
Kevin McCaffrey, President of Teamsters Local 707, which represents Nassau OTB employees et al discriminates against workers that may wish to work on Sundays for time and a half rather than take vacation at straight time. The pension plan of Local 707 is in critical status. Check it out on the US Dep't of Labor website. Certainly there is one or more Nassau OTB employees who observe Greek Easter and not Roman Catholic Easter. NY PML Sec 105 is an insult to us all. Any moron knows that Cardinal Andrew Cuomo can't pick the day Easter Sunday is. See the Gregorian and Julian Calendars. Remember the dearly departed members of New York City OTB who were paid double time for any Sunday that they worked.
New York City OTB opened and made money. It's attorney told NYC OTB that NY PML Sec 105 did not apply to them and was in any event unconstitutional. Cardinal Andrew Cuomo needs to learn how to read the New York Constitution eg NY Const. Art. 1 Sec. 3.
