Sheldon Silver Esq. Jew for Jesus because he allows NY OTBs

to open on Greek Orthodox Easter and Greek Orthodox Palm Sunday but not Roman Catholic Easter and Roman Catholic Palm Sunday. Sheldon Silver may be a practicing attorney but he is a Jew for Jesus and not evenly a Jew for ALL Christians. How can Sheldon Silver not be humble enough to ask Attorney  General Eric Schneiderman for an Opinion that will (likely) tell us that:
1. NY PML Sec 105 is not constitiutionally defensible.
2. NY PML Sec 105 does not apply to Nassau OTB.
3. NY PML Sec 105 is vague, indefinite and/or overly broad because Cardinal Governor Andrew Cuomo can't pick and chose from among the holy days defined by the Gregorian and Julian Calendars.

Based upon Sheldon Silver Esq. failure to act to see that the rights of NY Bettors of assorted beliefs are not protected, it is not unreasonable to conclude that he is a Jew for Jesus and a disciple of Cardinal Timothy Dolan and an acolyte of Cardinal Andrew Cuomo who tells the bettors of New York when Easter Sunday and Palm Sunday occur.
