• Executive Budget proposal: One percent of the gross purse enhancement will be paid to the Gaming Commission to promote and ensure equine health and safety. Additionally, one and a half percent of the gross purse enhancement at a thoroughbred track will be paid to an account to provide health insurance for jockeys.
