certification is requested pursuant to the law. at the union meeting of teamsters local 707 today, july 31st, it was announced that my employer, nassau regional off track betting corporation, otb, did not make and or make timely payments to the new york retirement system due in 2016.

i hereby request certified copies of the following records:


1. correspondence between the office of the state comptroller and nassau otb regarding the payment(s) due the ny retirement system by nassau otb in 2016 that were not made and or were not timely made and the penalties and or interest payments that were required to be made as a result of such failures.
