   this a request pursuant to the ny freedom of information law, ny pub off law sec 84 etc.

   i hereby request certified copies of the following records or certification that that the records do not exist or cannot be found after a diligent search.

1.  the bylaws of  nassau otb. NIFA does not have the Bylaws.

2. records of any and all interactions between nifa, its agents or employees and nassau otb, its agents or employees regarding the sale and or lease of the farmingdale branch of nassau otb and any cell phone tower(s) located on the property of the farmingdale brsnch of nassau otb. To the best of my knowledge, no such records exist.

3.  records of the valuation of the land and structures of any kind found at or constituting the farmindale branch of nassau otb. NIFA does not have any such records.
