please help. my employer nassau otb, a public benefit corporation of the state of new york, closes on roman catholic easter sunday in preference to eastern orthodox easter sunday. ny pml sec 109 violates the tights of bettors of any or no faith secured by ny const art 1 sec 3. please speak out on this issue and refer it to any attorneys you may know looking for a good case. ny city otb, now deceased due to bankruotcy opened on the advice of its counsel in 2003. people should be free to fo as they wish.
