I am responding to your January 28, 2020 email which discusses Article 14 of the CBA.
Presently OTB is unaware of any outstanding request for a Labor/Management Meeting. In addition, the items you raise in your email concern internal Union administration and therefore are matters upon which OTB will not comment.
Please direct your comments regarding the collective bargaining agreement and other Union related matters to your Union.
