On Sunday April 17 and April 24 the Governor had no public Schedule.

The Governor exercise his right to do as he pleased while denying New York State Bettors the opportunity to bet at the NY OTBs and OTB workers the right whether to chose to work or not while they still have jobs.

Andrew Cuomo is a poor Governor and a lousy lawyer because:
1. He has not asked the NY Attorney General for an Opinion so that he can see that NY PML Sec 105 is faithfully carried out.

I bet that the NY Attorney General will tell him that NY PML Sec 105 does not apply to the OTBs and is not constitutionally defensible and is vague, indefinite and/or overly broad.

We don't care what he chooses to do. We do care that the rights of NY Bettors secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3 are being violated.
