Catholic Lawyers prefer strip clubs over OTB Bettors?

Let's make a bet that if Chris Browne asked the New York State Attorney General for an Opinion he would learn that NY PML Sec 105 is not constititutionally defensible and violates the rights of Greek Christian Republic Bettors who do not observe Easter Sunday on the Same Sunday he and Andrew Cuomo do in all years.
A recent mailing to Nassau County voters(and bettors) from Kevin Milano and Vincent Ciro urges you to "If Christian Browne can vote to destroy our local neighborhood, just imagine what he will do to yours?"

All OTBs should be open 365 days of the year so that bettors that wish to bet may do so and OTB employees who wish to work may do so (while they still have a job).

Teamsters Local 858, Barry Yomtov and Laura Campione et al are against giving workers the choice of whether to work on Palm Sunday and Each and Every Easters Sunday.
Vacation to be used as one wishes.
If you don't work, you don't get paid. What a silly concept except for.....

Chris Browne is an attorney with a wide variety of experience in the practice of civil litigation, criminal law, zoning and land use law, municipal law and appellate advocacy.

Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2005, Browne served for three years as an assistant district attorney in the New York County (Manhattan) District Attorney's Office. During his tenure as an ADA, Browne handled hundreds of criminal cases from arraignment through trial. He tried more than a dozen cases to verdict in the New York City Criminal and New York State Supreme courts.

In 2007, Browne joined the law firm of Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid, P.C., located in Melville, New York. Browne was a member of the firm's litigation group and handled a broad array of legal matters, including commercial litigation cases, criminal defense work,  zoning and land use issues, appellate matters and landlord-tenant litigation. He continued his trial work, trying several cases to verdict in New York State Supreme Court.

Browne founded the Law Offices of Christian Browne, P.C. in the summer of 2010. He maintains a diverse practice, focused on civil litigation, municipal law and zoning/land use, landlord-tenant practice, criminal defense work and appeals.

Active politically, Browne narrowly lost a heated contest for a seat in the Nassau County (NY) Legislature in 2009. He is a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Hempstead and a leader of the Rockville Centre Republican Committee.

Chris Browne is a graduate of Regis High School, the College of the Holy Cross and Fordham University Law School. He resides in Rockville Centre, Long Island, with his wife Lauren and two children. He is a board member of the Nassau County Catholic Lawyers Guild, the Rockville Centre Lions Club and the Long Island Business Council.
