Andrew Cuomo is a thief who steals our right to chose whether to work or

bet at New York's OTBs, public benefit corporations, on Palm Sunday and each and every Easters Sundays.
NY PML Sec 105:
1. Does not apply to Nassau OTB. Ask Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for a FREE Opinion.
2. NY PML Sec 105 is not constitutionally defensible. Ask Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for  a Free Opinion.
3. NY PML Sec 105 violates the rights of New York State Bettors secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3.
Ask Attorney  General Eric Schneiderman  for a Free Opinion.
4. NY PML Sec 105 is vague, indefinite and/or overly broad as the term Easter Sunday  does not define one and only one Sunday in eg 2012. See the Gregorian and Julian Calendars. Ask Attorney  General Eric Schneiderman for a FREE OPINION.

Andrew Cuomo, thief in Chief, must think that NY Voters can't read, write and think as well as he can.
However, he and other public officials, can ask Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, for a FREE OPINION.

He wants our votes? We need him to ask for the Opinion that we have no standing to ask for.
The Answers are obvious. They were obvious to NYC OTB when upon the advice of its Counsel it opened and made money and we enjoyed betting on the many fine races being run at tracks all across the United States beyond the State of New York.

Just as Andrew Cuomo is free to go to church whenever he wished, we are free to bet whenever we want at NY OTBs.

From the Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo
Dear New Yorkers,
Yesterday, Governor Cuomo presented his Executive Budget & Reform Plan. Thanks to the tough choices we made in 2011, Governor Cuomo was able to balance the budget without broad cuts and with no new taxes, fees or borrowing.
The Executive Budget & Reform Plan will:
  • Create tens of thousands of jobs through leveraging private investment to build the economy;
  • Move our schools to a performance-based system, including effective teacher evaluations, that put the students first;
  • Help control property taxes through pension reform and eliminate state laws that increase local government costs;
  • Reimagine and reinvent state government operations to make them more efficient and effective.
Governor Cuomo is proposing dramatic change to the system, and it’s not going to be easy to get it done. But with your help – if we come together as New Yorkers as we did last year -- we can make these reforms reality.
