Andrew Cuomo should not speak of gambling. he is oblivious to .....

when he has not yet asked the New York State Attorney General for an Opinion answering the following simple questions:

1. Will New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman defend the constitutionality of NY PML Sec 105?
2.  Does NY PML Sec 105 apply to Nassau OTB, a PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION?
3.  Does NY PML Sec 105 violate the rights of Nassau County Bettors secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3?
4.  Is NY PML Sec 105 vague, indefinite and /or overly broad as Andrew Cuomo is not the arbiter of when Easter Sunday is and the term Easter Sunday does not define one and only one Sunday. See the Gregorian and Julian Calendars.

Andrew Cuomo should ask a real lawyer, the Attorney General, for a FREE OPINION.

Bettors should be able to bet at Nassau OTB 365 days of the year and/or on any day when tracks are running anywhere in the United States without the State of New York that bettors want to bet.

I will  bet Andrew Cuomo one cold beer at a  corner bar on Hempstead Turnpike down the block from a branch of Nassau OTB that NY PML Sec 105 is not constitutional and/or does not apply to Nassau OTB.

And the Governor talks about gambling?  He's got to be kidding?
