Barry Yomtov, formerly a New York City OTB Manager, was President of Teamsters Local 858 which represented New York City OTB Managers and Nassau OTB employees. The history of New York City OTB is well documented in the bankruptcy court filings. Credibility? None.
Selling the compelled cash stream AKA Union dues by merging Local 707 into 858 without a vote of the members in return for a paid position as a Business Agent. Sounds like part of the curriculum at Harvard Business School or Wharton?

ALL NASSAU OTB EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS OF LOCAL 707, SHOULD ATTEND AND SEE WHO ELSE IS THERE, HOW THE MEETING IS CONDUCTED, WHETHER THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR QUESTIONS ETC. FOR REASONS UNKNOWN IT SEEMS THAT UNIONS DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO ATTEND MEETINGS TOGETHER AND LISTEN, OBSERVE AND ASK QUESTIONS.
