at any OTB in New York State 365 days of the year, contact the below and tell them that your rights secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3 are being violated, that NY PML Sec 109 does not apply to the OTBs, that NY PML Sec 109 is not constitutionally defensible etc.
