Harendra Singh has been appointed to the board of trustees of Nassau Community College . A resident of Laurel Hollow, Singh founded Singh Hospitality Group which owns and operates several Long Island dining, catering and conference venues including HR Singletons Classic American Grille, Thom Thom Steak and Seafood, and, most recently, Water s Edge in Long Island City.
