Suffolk County Legislator

and President of Teamsters Local 707, Kevin McCaffrey,  represents Nassau OTB employees. Teamsters Local 707 and Suffolk County Legislator Kevin McCaffrey  has never provided his Nassau OTB members public records of Nassau OTB salary data, merit raises,  nor even with a union seniority list.  The dates of hire of public employees are public records.

Nassau County pay hikes: Find out if clerks or commissioners got a bigger raise

Nassau County has given 131 appointees salary increases ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 for a total of $1.28 million in pay hikes, with more than half that amount going to employees at the Board of Elections. The $1.28 million is part of $1.6 million in both pay hikes and benefits bestowed by the county to employees since December 2014 and made retroactive to July.
