This a request pursuant to NY Pub Off Law Sec. 84 etc. (Freedom of Information Law "FOIL"). Certification is requested pursuant to FOIL
The following records are requested.
1. The name, title and salary of each and every "essential employee" of Nassau OTB on March 16, 2020 when all "nonessential employees" were notified to not report for work until further notice. See NY Pub Off Law Sec 87(3)(b).
Nassau OTB reopened the Carle Place, Franklin Square and Race Palace on June 15th. Nassau OTB
closed the Carle Place Branch at the close of business on July 4th and reopened the Levitown Branch on Monday August 10th after the Travers Stakes weekend.
