Local 858 proudly present, we are against people working when they want to work while they still have jobs. If Andrew Cuomo et al cared about work and freedom to do as you wish, he would see that Nassau OTB, a public benefit corporation, is open for workers who wish to work on Palm Sunday and Each and Every Easter Sunday, when tracks across the United States are running that bettors want to bet.  NY PML Sec 105 does not apply to Nassau OTB and violates the rights of New York State Bettors secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3. NY PML Sec 105 is not constitutionally defensible. All Andrew Cuomo has to do is ask the Attorney General for a Formal Opinion. Andrew Cuomo has no credibility to talk about jobs when he has not yet bothered to see that NY PML Sec 105 is sent straight to hell. Then he is free to go to Church with a clear conscience on any day he want to while OTB workers decide whether to work or go to church. Bettors should be able to bet on any day of the year at any OTB they wish. Andrew Cuomo sends out many silly emails. See below.
