Richard Sinde, described by his lawyer as a degenerate gambler, was arraigned in Manhattan court. Sinde was the last in a large Bonanno family roundup for alleged enterprise racketeering.

He's a goodfella and a degenerate gambla.
Alleged Bonnano family associate Richard Sinde, 49, surrendered Wednesday in connection with Tuesday’s racketeering, loan sharking, gambling and drug dealing mob-union takedown. He claims he’s the victim of his own vice.
“He is, I must say, a degenerate gambler. He’s been gambling all his life and it has ruined him,” his lawyer Joel Winograd told the judge.
Bail was set at $300,000 bond or $100,000 cash. Sinde, who still lives with his mother, pleaded not guilty to enterprise corruption.
