Dear Papal Knight and Rabbi Arthur Schneier:

I am seeking your assistance to help see that Nassau OTB, a public benefit corporation,not close
onRoman Catholic Easter Sunday and Palm. Sunday in preference to the same holidays observed on different calendar days by members of the Eastern  Orthodox  church.  NY Const Art1 Sec 3 indicates that the State shall not express a religious preference.   I am not a not the only on Chritian employed by Nassau OTB.  I am seeking an opinion from the Vatican about this expression of religios preference  bythe State of New York.  you may recall that NEw York City  OTB opened on
Palm Sundayin 2003 upon the advice of its attorney Ira Block.
