Attorney Michael B. Mirotznik Michael Mirotznik has been practicing all phases of civil, criminal and medical malpractice litigation and is currently the managing attorney of Mirotznik & Associates, LLC.  He is a graduate of New York University and Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York in 1992. Mr. Mirotznik has successfully litigated hundreds of cases for clients across New York State.  He has over 20 years of experience of zealously advocating his clients’ positions and negotiating favorable settlements on their behalf.  When settlement is just not possible, he has conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials.  His business has developed and grown based upon word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients.
