  • Stephen Shullich I commend the commission for these reports.While it's not the gaming commission's fault regarding NYRA not being allowed to import out of state harness tracks,it needs to addressed.Aqueduct is the only OTB system in NYC.It's a mockery of customers who are forced to rely on out of state ADWS.BTW,will the NY GAMING COMMISSION have a report on free play offers to the racino players and how and if it's actually being given out fairly?
